In partnership with Harris Network Monitoring System, Iowa Network Services provides Network Management Remote Surveillance and Fault Clearing services.
Through the Network Control Center (NCC) your telecommunications equipment can be monitored 24 hours, seven days a week restoring failed equipment remotely and efficiently. Our Network Management Services can streamline your monitoring needs, eliminate the requirement of staff around the clock, or reduce unnecessary after-hours call-outs.
You specify the Clearing and Dispatching
The NCC monitors a variety of manufacturer's equipment. Whether you are housing Nortel, Lucent, Mitel, Cisco, 3Com, Alcatel, Fuji, Marconi or others, the NCC staff will respond to critical and major alarms that may indicate service-affecting conditions. Most importantly, your company specifies the tailored alarm clearing and dispatching process you want us to follow.
We are currently performing Network Monitoring Service for LEC's and ISP's in several states, our Remote Surveillance and Fault Clearing services can accept virtually any form of alarm message input. With our own extensive fiber-optic network and dial in capabilities, we use SNMP polling to monitor Wide Area Networks, TL1, and ASCII message formats to monitor Switch and Fiber Network Alarms.
