- Our network is monitored and maintained around the clock at our
Network Control Center.
- Our staff is available to troubleshoot and work with you to maximize
your investment and connection.
- Your equipment will be maintained with the latest tested, stable
firmware (with manufacturer support contract.)
- You will be given special access to tools to monitor your bandwidth
and anticipate your growth.
- You will be notified of all network maintenance and upgrades.
These are performed in a maintenance window from 2am-7am.
- We resell Juniper, Cisco and UTStarcom equipment.
- We utilize Route Science which provides increased performance and
reliability accessing the Internet.
